How can I start using Pars Carrier hosted soft switch service?

Register at http://www.switch.parscarrier.com and request for Schedule a test for checking compatibility and see our main feature in practice, in 24-72 hours our technical engineer will contact you to help you with basic training and testing. After compatibility test completion you need to sign Pars Carrier Service Agreement, Choose the Billing Plan and Make Payment your permanent access information will be sent for you.

 

What hardware do I need to use Pars Carrier hosted soft switch service?

To originate or terminate phone calls via the Pars Carrier Service you basically need a multimedia gateway supporting H.323 protocol/SIP.

 

Do I need to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) in order to work with Pars Carrier?

We do not require a separate NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to be signed since all confidentiality issues are already covered in Pars Carrier Service Agreement.

 

When can I test my equipment with HostedSwitch.com?

After your request for test scheduling within 24-72 hours, our technical team will contact you.

 

What should my engineers do to prepare for testing?

Technical  information for both sides(origination side, termination side) including IP, Codec, technical prefix and sample rate need to be ready, also Switch IP (67.19.24.42) need to be added in access-list of all terminating gateways.

Will we get a dedicated IP for my partition?

You can request a dedicated IP for your partition, so we can install a new instance of softswitch for you on a dedicated server.

 

What is the price for Pars CarrierService?

Can I make test calls and see all the features of Pars Carrier?

Do you provide auto rerouting system (Quality Routing)?

Yes. You may optimize your routing by Automatic near real-time Quality Routing System according to customizable rerouting rules

 

Can I load a list of tariffs into your system instead of entering tariff one by one?

Yes, this option is available; you may edit your A-Z lists in Excel and upload/download files for each customer.

 

Can I set priorities for my Routes?

Yes, you may prioritize termination based on Least Cost, Manual Priorities, Quality, and other parameters.

 

What is included into your Call Detail Records?

Our Call Detail Record includes: called number, source number In. source IP, destination IP,  time of call, PDD, disconnect code, disconnect initiator, region, call duration, billed duration, tariff, billed amount, route ID and other parameters.

 

Will I be notified if anything happens in my account?

Yes, Pars Carrier softswitch Service provides a number of e-mail alerts. Quality and sales reports and also event-based alerts may be sent to your employees via e-mail hourly/daily/weekly/monthly. You may also receive alerts regarding pre-defined conditions of your network in real time via email.

 

Can Pars Carrier softswitch bill end-users and generate PIN codes?

Pars Carrier softswitch is not designed and intended to bill end-users and generate PIN codes. It is built to bill and monitor wholesale traffic between gateways. Our typical client is a VoIP operator who has a lot of gateways around the world that have to be monitored and billed.

 

Can I manage my customers balances and provide them with CDR statistics via web?

Yes. You can Monitor and Manage your prepaid/postpaid customer balances, and define safety $ limits for each, provide your customers with CDR and Statistics web access.

 

If I need to change billing settings, how long will it take?

Billing parameters may be changed online in real time.

 

Will we get technical support? Will we pay for it?
